If we close a server or other service we will not guaruantee to refund purchases of that service
Fruadulent Sales of our product
If you have purchased a product in a way we see as Fruadulent , illegitimate or otherwise concerning we have the right to withdraw your access to the service indefinatly.

Resale
Resale of Diamond Development Games are allowed but we do not have to honour fake copies of the game from scammers.
